About This Webinar

The concept of self-esteem (and low self-esteem) is one that is well-known both to mental health professionals and to the general public. The term “low self-esteem” is often used by both groups of people to explain WHY a person engages in problematic behaviors and experiences unwanted emotions and behavior. Many attribute the cause of depression, anxiety, anger, eating disorders, to low self-esteem.

Self-esteem is a concept that most people think that they understand, but in fact, they have very little understanding of it because it is a very vague term. This webinar will help the attendee to help their clients adopt a concept that is clear and usable.

This webinar will present a cure to the concept of self-esteem so that when taught and understood properly, the client will never again have a problem with low self-esteem. It will teach the attendee how to accurately assess attributes and abilities, all from a cognitive-behavioral perspective.
